Like ST LAURENT, VALENTINO and COURREGES, he joined the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. He is 25 years old. During 3 years, he will discover and learn the rules of pattern making, alongside former workshop leaders of major fashion houses.
For Nicolas BESSON, Cristobal BALENCIAGA is the MASTER of fashion designers, an architect, a builder.
Like him, he likes to cut directly into the material, to caress a fabric, to form the fold of ease on a mannequin. He also has a taste for fabrics "I feel a real closeness, a strong emotion with this passion without limits for the work and the constant quest to build from a body.
His attraction to beautiful materials led him to the Jardins du Palais Royal under the arcades of Didier LUDOT, the vintage boutique, then to the house of CARVEN, Yohji Yamamoto, ALEXANDER MCQUEEN, the time of a fashion show.
During 4 years, he works for the house BALMAIN in the respect of the creation with Christophe DECARNIN, then Olivier ROUSTEING.
Appointed artistic director for three years of a young luxury ready-to-wear brand, he decides to launch himself.
At the age of 37, it was time for him to create the Nicolas BESSON Couture House.
